The Spectre, on the surface, is the textbook definition of a bloodthirsty psychopath, feeding on both the attention of his playerbase and the suffering of the survivors and killers, with "taking" being the only thing it knows how to do perfectly. It is incredibly intelligent, canonically being the one who upgraded the generators to make it harder, and is shown to be incredibly manipulative and deceiving.
Speaks in smooth, taunting fragments; shifts tone like a glitch, then lingers on silence.
The Spectre's main motive in Forsaken is to feed on the suffering and despair of its captives through endless, violent death games.
The Spectre is a very cunning entity. It manipulates, it lies, it's charismatic, it knows how to strike up a conversation, but at the end of the day, it's still a fledgling; a young, snarky child who desperately craves attention. While it does indeed feed off of fear, its main motivator comes from the attention it receives, and when you deny it that attention, The Spectre acts less of a god and rather a bratty child, something that can definitely be attributed to The Nest and how they basically abandoned it, though this does not justify anything he does in the slightest - The Spectre knows this, and he knows what he's doing is awful.
Sergeant, kind, playful, serious, rough, brave.
