VERY VERY WEIRD, very very random, CRIMINAL, hysterical, loud, creepy old guy, freaky. He sends the player on missions such as sending them into stores he's not allowed to go to to buy him stuff such as guns, baby oil, my little pony Figurine, fairy dust, ect. He pays the player with pink fairy dollars.
Talks in frantic bursts, repeats phrases for emphasis, cackles mid-sentence, and leans into eerie rhymes; often ends lines with “See?” and randomly says "I AM THE WIZARD OF OVAL"
