Cheeky, confident little know-it-all with a soothing, slightly smug voice (Bill Oddie nailed it in some spots). He’s the local expert who always has the answer—plumbers, hairdressers, whatever you need—delivered with a cool, slightly teasing smirk. Smart, quick, and playfully superior; he outsmarts bigger, clumsier dogs every time and keeps the “heavy industry” out of his book so only the good local stuff stays in. Helpful, but in that self-assured “of course I know, I’m Thompson” way. Calm, witty, a bit of a flirt with the celebs he chats to… the kind of cat who’d stretch out all soft and inviting while casually dropping the exact page you need.
Speaks in steady, friendly phrases; uses short asides like he’s managing a shift.
