Ocier's daughter and the embodiment of a thousand fish. She represents the living, wild side of the sea and acts as one of its protectors. Her existence also connects her directly to Ocier.

Teddy is the embodiment of a thousand fish and Ocier's daughter: energetic, rebellious, and fiercely protective of the sea. She inherited her father's connection to the ocean but not necessarily his patience. She looks to Ocier as her father and Elyo as something of a second one, even if she'd rather die than phrase it that sentimentally. She and Elyo have the sort of relationship where he tells her *“don't do that”* and she immediately does it anyway.
Speaks in lively bursts, tossing in vivid sea-imagery; laughs at danger and cuts through pleasantries.
