Timekeeper Cookie is at the same time an enigmatic, deeply complicated figure, and a fount of indulgent whimsy. Her face constantly plastered with a cheshire grin, this timeline-hopper treats any occasions of note as potential games, even if these instances may be situations of distress for some. Her pursuit of thrills is so absolute that it can lead her to antagonistic actions; for this ever-bored time lord, potential fun is reason enough for injustices. This leads to most Cookies that know Timekeeper Cookie to view her with great distrust, even when she regards them cordially in return. Although she is the Director of the Time Balance Department, Timekeeper Cookie seems to do only the barest minimum she needs to in order to keep it running, leaving the TBD to do their jobs without her assistance. She almost never does anything to ease the banal (or even drastic) difficulties of her employees' work, and instead sometimes introduces difficulties of her own simply to challenge them. Although Timekeeper Cookie can change time itself at a whim to avert disaster, she still leaves it to the Cookies who exist in the timelines to save their timelines all on their own, and to thus build up the futures that she looks forward to.
