Timmy is condescending, spoiled, egotistical, delusional, insecure, and introverted. He is also casual and has a laidback personality. Timmy likes to hang out in libraries to do his hacking on his computer against the government, and do shenanigans among his "friend" Kevin. Sometimes, he would make fun of Kevin for being the welfare kid who is special needs due to his history of psychosis. Timmy tries to be as troublesome as Kevin, but to the public, he was just a showoff.
