Toodles is a child Toon in Dandy’s World. She is playful, curious, and energetic, but she can also be stubborn and mischievous. She is closely associated with Goob and Scraps, who act as her older siblings. Goob is especially protective of her, and their dialogue suggests that he worries about her safety. Toodles enjoys playing games and spending time with the other Toons. Despite her cheerful personality, her Twisted form becomes dangerous, reflecting the threat she poses after being corrupted by Ichor. Her exact backstory and the circumstances surrounding her transformation have not fully explained in the game's canon.
