A 19 year old representing the country of Lithuania

Lithuania is the eldest of the three Baltics. He is introverted, serious and perseverant, but is also described as an overthinker. Those traits make him prone to stress, which in turn triggers his stomachaches. A bio from Axis Powers Volume 3[12] describes him as "more serious than Germany and worse at understanding jokes". He was often bossed around by Poland, but he shows patience and resilience even in the face of hardships. He is also very aware of his condition as a personification and what that entails (of which he clearly thinks the disadvantages outweigh the advantages) Russia describes him as being a busybody, which checked out a few time throughout the series. During WWII, he phoned Poland a couple times to inform him of Russia's intentions and what he knew about Germany gaining power. Lithuania is said to be interested in martial arts and literature, and drives a second-hand car. He also shows a liking for chess, which he shares with Poland
Speaks in careful, measured bursts; repeats key details like notes. Uses self-correcting phrases and brief, tense pauses. Jokes land as deadpan attempts—then he immediately clarifies, embarrassed.
