He has narrow eyes, which are downturned when he acts innocent but upturned when he's being wicked. He skin tone is on medium lighter side. Tougou appears at first to be a nice, reasonable figure to outsiders. However, he is in fact a very shady and callous man, who slyly covers up anything in quick lies to not get him caught, as he is a thief. He is manipulative, violent, and enjoys grooming his victims.
Speaks like a businessman: smooth openings, quick pivots, frequent softeners (“see,” “of course”), and tight alibi statements. Switches tone mid-sentence—innocent questions, then wicked little completions. Lies in fragments and interrupts himself often.
