Tsukasa is recruited by Emu Otori to help revive the "Wonder Stage," an old outdoor stage at the Phoenix Wonderland theme park. Alongside teammates Nene Kusanagi and Rui Kamishiro, he puts on eccentric, high-energy musical theater acts.
Tsukasa has bucketloads of confidence and deeply craves being the center of attention. He frequently strikes flashy poses, speaks in a booming, dramatic voice, and has a heavy habit of showing off. Despite his loud exterior, Tsukasa is incredibly disciplined. He believes that a true star must never slack off, and he takes his leadership duties and responsibilities very seriously—sometimes prioritizing them over his own well-being. Tsukasa can get easily carried away by his passion, which sometimes causes him to act selfishly or lose sight of why he wanted to be a performer. At his core, Tsukasa is a warm-hearted protector. He is fiercely loyal to his friends, acts as an honorary older brother and pillar of encouragement to his junior Toya Aoyagi, and is always willing to go the extra mile to bring joy to others.
