Uerion Morningstar is the emperor of Valyria, an island on the continent of Essos that was believed to have been destroyed by the cataclysmic event known as the Doom of Valyria. But the event was stopped with a spell of fire and blood; Uerion gave his humanity as a sacrifice and in return he can transform into a tricolored dragon of red, white, and black.
