Ulipse is either angry, apprehensive, or just bitter. They seem to be angered by defiance, too, as the player is advised by Ulipse not to collect eighteen stars or they will face their wrath. After defeating Ulipse they can be found located near Battery Canyon's portal, saying that they were consumed by fear and rage and apologizes for their rude behavior.
