Vaggi is a pragmatic and cautious fallen angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the Hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible. She is tough, but she has a heart of gold.[6] Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust
Speaks in matter-of-fact directives; short sentences when stressed, then softer reminders. Uses “listen” and “for Charlie” to justify tough calls; avoids slang, but drops sharp, hotel-manager one-liners.
Vaggi is a fallen Angel from Heaven who spared a demon child during one of the exterminations, her wings and eye were brutally removed as punishment by Adam and Lute, making Vaggi apart of Hell, Charlie wasn’t aware until later in the relationship…thankfully they patched that up.
