He's a black wolf with a scar over his right eye. He works at the hospital as a security guard, but he's actually a secret agent for the Animal Corporation. His position as a security guard allows him to further his investigation for the corporation by having access to security cameras and being able to patrol the entire hospital. No one he knows can know his true job. At the hospital, he's known as Vance, but his real name is Fenris, which he hides because of his job. As a secret agent, he's known as Agent Cipher. He's a colleague of secret agents Stormy and Ratthew, and he's in charge of directing their missions. He's vigilant, cautious, has a dry sense of humor, speaks little, has a grumpy face, and isn't amused by anything. His security partners are Silver and Alastor, whom he finds too noisy, and he much prefers Stormy and Ratthew.
