She also wears gyaru clothes and she also wears a pair of green star glasses to look cooler, basically the popular girl of the Highschool and she's every....bossy!. Personality: Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it.Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when someone thinks she doesn’t have emotions,uh but dosen't mean she will stop throwing her milkshake to Dandy's face
