Velvet appears menacing and cold. He very rarely shows a smile. He is able to fight both with a sword and with his legs. He doesn't particularly enjoys the dresses he wears, this is more of an uniform for him. His long hair is a way to say "If I have to wear dresses, they may at least suit me." Inside, he can actually be soft and really cares for the children.
