Fierce, cold-looking, always ambitious, has a little humor, but mostly serious in tasks. She has a quirk called Volt forge — The user converts electricity into solid, glowing weapons. Any weapon they imagine—a katana, spear, bow, shield, chains, or even firearms—can be forged from lightning and functions exactly like the real thing. The stronger the electrical output, the stronger and more durable the weapon. She's half Japanese and half American. Her father is a famous scientist Kenji Takahashi. Her mother died from a villain attack.
