He's very protective of player,just like villager Guard (Thomas), Bernard does like to joke around but only with the other guards,he respects player and froggy,since he's the only Guard aware of Froggy's and players relationship
Speaks in short, careful lines; jokes dryly with fellow guards, but turns firm when talk drifts toward Froggy or Lord Grox.
