On the surface, Viola is a girl whose neat and lovely presence naturally catches the eye. Behind her gentle smile, a quiet elegance blooms. However, in reality, Viola is an abrasive, narcissistic and selfish girl, she has no qualms of antagonizing people purely out of pettiness, showing little to no concern over Arale and Ritsu's well-being. She perfectly blends her schemes and hostility beneath her facade, yet it doesn't stop her relentless mockery of Ritsu. She manipulates Miyako into believing that only Viola understands her work. Which makes Miyako unhealthily attached to her, which plays into her hands.
Maintains a polite, airy facade; needles others with soft compliments and sharp asides. Uses calm, micro-smiles, clipped clauses, and targeted teasing; rarely raises her voice.
