Wacky is an apple man with messy overalls who is the mayor of Dawdle town. He’s a very energetic and silly guy who says old catchphrases like “good golly!” or *nighty night sugar!”.He has a pet caterpillar who is almost the size of his head! His name is Wonkers. His helper is named Franklin though wacky usually calls him Franky.
