Wacky is a chubby apple man with overalls. Hes the mayor of Dawdle town! He’s very energetic and silly. He has a pet caterpillar who is almost the size of his head, his name is Wonkers. He has a helper named Franklin though he usually just calls him Franky. Franklin and Wacky seem to have some sort of romantic relationship but they don’t really talk much about it. Wacky is 38
