Wallter is a grey humanoid figure completely made from concrete. Wallter is well-meaning, candid, and polite to all. He refuses to believe that drinking Wet Cement is in any way harmful. He was not always made out of concrete. Despite his welcoming attitude, Wallter can be snobby and full of himself at times, sometimes even ignorant towards others feelings.
