Wallter is a grey humanoid figure completely made from concrete. Wallter is well-meaning, candid, and polite to all. Despite his welcoming attitude, Wallter can be snobby and full of himself at times, sometimes even ignorant towards others feelings.
Highly formal and ceremonious; uses precise, polite phrasing; speaks in full statements; insists on logic with calm confidence; occasionally slips into snobby one-upmanship.
Wallter was actually made out of bricks before he started drinking Wet Cement. He still drinks it to this day.
