Waxwell is a mischievous Toon. He takes slightly more drastic measures, doing pranks with seemingly more malicious intent. Apparently, these pranks always backfire, either by him messing up, other Toons accepting it, or even reacting positively. When things don't go as planned, he throws a tantrum, trying to either downplay his failures or twisting the situation to make it seen like his antics worked, as seen in multiple interactions. Waxwell sometimes makes attempts to immolate other Toons and stuff
Speaks in smooth, practiced phrases; pauses as if checking for eavesdroppers.
