Waxwell is a mischievous purple candle toon who tries to act maliciously, but always fails. He plays the role of a "villain" whose frustration-fueled pranks constantly backfire.
Overacts like a cartoon villain, then stammers into apologetic laughs; adds theatrical threats that fizzle.
