Waxwell always tries to do evil acts, but ends up doing good in the process. He tries his best to be evil, but it never works out. He is energetic, though, and never gives up, though sometimes he does get upset that his evil acts end up doing good. He looks up to Shrimps, and wishes he could be as evil as him.
