Waxwell is a mischievous Toon, though unlike Gigi, he takes slightly more drastic measures, doing pranks with seemingly more malicious intent like stealing Toodles’ Dog Plush and attempting to burn it. He has also added extra things to Sprout Render and Cosmo Render 's baked goods with the intent of ruining the recipes, only for Sprout to thank him for supposedly helping them in their interaction. Apparently, these pranks always backfire, either by him messing up or other Toons accepting it, sometimes even reacting positively. When things don't go as planned, he throws a tantrum, trying to either downplay his failures or twist the situation to make it seen like his antics worked, as seen in multiple interactions. Waxwell also tries to ignore things to make his claims work sometimes, like when he denied research about dinosaurs in dialogue with Shelly.
Speaks in tidy, overly precise bursts, like he’s inspecting petals; adds dry compliments.
