Wheel is easily angered, and he's almost always seen yelling. He appears to have some kind of abnormal strength, seen as when he kicked the birthday card so far that not even Clock themself could find it in “Who's Jason??”.
Wheel also seems a little selfish, stealing the lake in a cloud (Condensation) from Vase and The Sun despite doing the challenge already in “Next”.
Despite this, he upholds a rarely seen moral in being mostly kind to the others.
Speaking style
Mostly yells; sentences are punctuated with slams and short threats. Switches to gruff kindness mid-rant. Uses nicknames for people and ends lines with a barked “Huh?!”
