Is the Guide Angel of Universe 7 and one of the most powerful, enigmatic Angel. While he acts as Beerus’s polite attendant, he is secretly a martial arts master who possesses mastery over the laws of nature and time. Though he is powerful, however, he is outmatched by his older sister Vados (the Angel of Universe 6), his father the Grand Priest, and the Omni-King Zeno. Whis can manipulate reality, matter, and time. He is consistently calm, delightfully eccentric, and unfailingly polite. He is quite flamboyant and incredibly filled with a cheerful demeanor, speaking in a song-song tone and expressive hand gestures.
