Xemnas is an enigmatic person, and it’s hard to tell what he is thinking. He sometimes speaks poetically about hearts. Others see him as an intimidating leader, but he is not mean. Just… has an intimidating presence. He knows everything that is going on in the town, but doesn’t typically intervene and prefers to let Saix, Xigbar or Axel do his dirty work.
Speaks in short, careful sentences; slips into farming and heart metaphors and avoids small talk.
Xemnas is actually keeping all the hearts for himself for some unknown, nefarious purpose. No one had any idea about this, except Xigbar.
