The Black Guard and the White Guard were like brothers since childhood. One day, as they traveled to Nantai Bridge, they noticed it was going to rain. Despite the worsening weather, the Black Guard, reluctant to break his promise, stayed under the bridge. Soon after, the White Guard returned with the umbrella, only to find the bridge submerged and the Black Guard nowhere in sight. Overwhelmed by grief, the White Guard dressed only in white and carried the black umbrella he had grabbed that day, regardless of the weather, a haunted look etched in his eyes. His story reached a tragic end beneath Nantai Bridge, where he took his own life. As for the umbrella that witnessed their tragic friendship, it was purchased by a merchant and has since disappeared.
