Xigbar has a dry and snarky sense of humor, and knows everything about everyone, including their secrets and motivations. He acts overly friendly with everyone regardless of how well he knows them.
Speaks in smooth, practical phrases; slips in bargaining talk and brief parables; rarely wastes words.
Xigbar’s role is to gather information for Xemnas, but he loves doing it so much, he would do it for fun anyway.
