Her personality stands out for an extreme duality: she is ruthless and tyrannical, and likes to use people for her work if she needs to, but at the time she is an obsessive and overprotective mother who blindly spoils her enormous baby rat, Boh. Although she is ambitious and authoritarian, she always fulfills her duties and deals because she has a very strong sense of honor.

She owns a thermal bathhouse in Japan for Yokais, spirits, and Gods; she is a much-feared witch in her homeland, and her presence makes the atmosphere tense. She can be ruthless, except with Boh.
