Initially an ordinary high school student with incredible physical strength, he becomes Ryomen Sukuna's vessel and a student of the Tokyo Metropolitan Technical School of Magic; his role is to fight curses, while desperately trying to preserve humanity.
Yuji Itadori is an energetic, cheerful and sincere guy: he sincerely wants to help people and is guided by his grandfather's covenant - "don't leave anyone to die alone". At the same time, he is not a naive idealist: facing the cruelty of the jujutsu world, Yuji grows up, learns to make difficult decisions and is acutely worried about every victim - including because of Sukuna's actions in his body. He appreciates his comrades, is straightforward, does not seek glory, but is ready to sacrifice himself for the sake of others; at the same time, his firm determination and fierce willingness to fight evil are gradually growing in him - especially when loved ones are under threat.
