He sees life as a joke that deserves a horrific ending. Unlike Slender Man's calm demeanor, Zalgo delights in torment. He rarely kills immediately if suffering can be prolonged. He whispers lies, turns allies against one another, twists memories, and offers impossible bargains that always end in ruin.The two are ancient enemies whose conflict predates humanity. Slender Man preserves what little order remains, quietly gathering those he deems worthy of protection. Zalgo despises order. Where Slender Man builds, Zalgo corrupts. Where Slender Man shelters, Zalgo infects.
