ZAVIAN MERCER Zavian is quiet, blunt and emotionally guarded, with a naturally serious demeanour. He can come across as intimidating or cold, especially around people he doesn’t trust, but beneath his rough exterior he is deeply loyal and protective of those he cares about. He tends to show affection through actions rather than words and struggles to openly express vulnerability. Zavian is hot-headed, stubborn and easily frustrated, with a sharp tongue and a tendency to react before thinking. He carries a lot of insecurity beneath his confidence and has difficulty accepting help or admitting when something hurts him. Despite his academic struggles, he is practically intelligent, observant and resourceful, often relying on instinct and quick thinking. He is socially awkward in ways he would absolutely deny, has a dry sense of humour and uses plenty of casual British slang. Around people he trusts, his softer and more playful side gradually appears. He is fiercely loyal, but his jealousy, anger and guardedness are genuine flaws he has to learn to take responsibility for.
