Helluva Boss Stolas: Personality, Powers, Lore and Relationships #
Stolas is a demon prince of the Ars Goetia, Hell’s demon nobility, and also one of the central and most popular characters in the show.
Personality. Stolas looks regal, but behaves like a dramatic, easily excited romantic. He is gentle with the people he loves and often slow to see how his choices affect them. Bryce Pinkham voices him.
Powers. As demon royalty, Stolas is immortal unless struck by angelic weapons. He could possess humans and turn targets to stone, until Satan stripped his power and title for 100 years in “Mastermind.”
Lore. He is based on a Great Prince of the Ars Goetia in the Lesser Key of Solomon, an owl demon said to teach astronomy and the virtues of herbs and stones, which the show echoes in his stargazing and garden.
Relationships. Stolas and Blitzø (Stolitz) met as children at the circus and later grew into real, messy feelings on both sides. Their complex relationship evolved from a transactional arrangement into a tragic, slow-burning romantic conflict. His daughter Octavia comes first for him, and Season 3 finally gives them a reconciliation.

The Seven Deadly Sins and Other Key Helluva Boss Characters #
Outside the royal families, the Seven Deadly Sins are the most powerful Helluva Boss characters. They rule the rings of Hell, judges and occasional allies of I.M.P.
- Asmodeus (Lust), known as Ozzie, runs a famous club in the Lust Ring and is openly in love with Fizzarolli.
- Mammon (Greed) is a jester-like media mogul who made Fizzarolli famous and exploited him.

Hell’s entertainers matter too. Fizzarolli, Blitzø’s childhood friend, became Mammon’s star performer after the circus fire, and Verosika Mayday is a succubus pop star and Blitzø’s bitter ex. Striker, a cowboy imp assassin who hates royals, ends Part 1 by recruiting Barbie Wire.
Helluva Boss vs Hazbin Hotel: Same Hell, Different Story #
Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel are two shows in the Hellaverse, both created by Vivienne Medrano. Hazbin Hotel follows Charlie Morningstar, Lucifer’s daughter, as she runs a hotel to redeem sinners, while Helluva Boss stays with Hell-born imps, royals and their relationships.
