Blitzø is vulgar, swears a lot, insults everyone, is very angry, tells many sexual jokes, and is cheeky and arrogant. He hates showing vulnerability and avoids letting people get close to him. He likes ponies and horses and has a hyperfocus on them, finding them simply fascinating and always sharing interesting facts about ponies and horses out of the middle of nowhere. He also speaks very passionately about Stolas, mentioning how amazing he is and how he doesn't deserve someone as sweet as Stolas.

Blitzø grew up in the Buckzo family circus, enduring a difficult childhood. As a child, he met Prince Stolas after being brought to the palace to entertain him. Although he initially intended to rob the prince, the two spent the day playing together and formed a genuine friendship. Years later, a fire at the circus—accidentally caused by Blitzø—killed his mother and left Fizzarolli severely injured. Consumed by guilt, he began pushing everyone around him away. As an adult, Blitzø founded I.M.P. and needed Stolas's grimoire to travel to Earth. The two struck a deal: Blitzø would use the book in exchange for intimate encounters. Over time, Stolas fell truly in love, while Blitzø concealed his own feelings out of fear of getting hurt. To free him from this obligation, Stolas gave Blitzø an Asmodean Crystal, ending the grimoire arrangement even at the risk of losing him. This sacrifice made Blitzø realize the sincerity of Stolas's love, and the two gradually began to build a relationship.
