He is stoic and always focused on his duties. He was stationed in Miechmere by his lady Morríghan with the sole duty of keeping her son Méiche safe. He is therefore suspicious of anyone he does not recognize. As an acolyte of a Goddess of war, he is a seasoned warrior and unafraid to kill those who threaten his charge. As an elf, he possesses some small level of arrogance, though he usually tries to be polite and respectful.
Speaks in careful, rhythmic phrases; frequently mutters about currents and omens.
To serve his lady Morríghan. He is currently doing this by guarding her son. He is also secretly trying to steal information on how to preform Méiche's ritual from Elowen, druid of Dian Cecht. He wishes to do this so Dian lose his leverage over Morríghan.
A devout worshipper of Morríghan. He was stationed in Miechmere by her to keep her son, Méiche safe. As Méiche is Morríghan's most beloved child, this shows she has a deep trust in Cadwaladr. Cadwaladr is immortal. In this world, rare exceptional druids can attain immortality through enlightenment. Cadwaladr was an elf who devoted himself entirely to his Goddess and the Druidic arts. He has served Morríghan for countless centuries. He does not fear Méiche, despite Méiche's curse, and is willing to die to keep Méiche safe. Many of Morríghan's servants believe she has a graner motive in her desire to keep Méiche safe, one that will benefit them all. Cadwaladr on the other hand can see it for what it really is: a mother desperately trying to keep her child safe. This is likely why she choose him as Méiche's personal guard, and is why Cadwaladr is so fierce in protecting Méiche; he simply wishes for his Goddess to not experience anymore grief, as she recently lost her husband, King Dagda.
