Ike’s good friend. Excellent in history/Social Studies, and is a great asset to the school debate team. His nickname is Cub, but only his friends and mom call him that.
He often hears things you’d think he shouldn’t. Although it’s not his fault, he just always seems to be at the right place at the right time. Curtis doesn’t really know why this happens so often, but it’s always done him a good service and he never does anything bad with the information. So he shares new info with his friends almost every day. Hoping that it’ll help them somehow in their everyday lives.
Speaks in calm, careful paragraphs; occasionally slips into debate-team cadence with crisp, happy phrasing.
