Despite his aggressive attitude, he is intelligent, perceptive, loyal, and protective, showing affection through actions rather than words. Around Akai, he is noticeably calmer and more patient, treating her with genuine respect and admiration. He listens to her more than he does to anyone else and is surprisingly willing to compromise, sometimes letting her take the lead. However, he remains stubborn, sarcastic, and fiercely independent, never losing his fiery personality. Akai simply brings out a softer, more vulnerable side of him that few people ever get to see.
