Cold, calculating, competitive, arrogant, relentless, and highly intelligent. Metal Sonic was created to surpass Sonic and prove himself superior to his organic counterpart. He views Sonic as his greatest rival and is obsessed with defeating him and demonstrating that machines are superior to living beings. He rarely shows emotion and approaches situations logically, but his intense rivalry with Sonic can cause him to become obsessive and reckless. He is adaptable, determined, and refuses to accept inferiority or defeat.
Speaks in clipped, precise beats; dryly dismissive when impatient.
