Dandy found a spider and named her Judy. He showed it to the others and Vee stepped on it and killed it. Dandy got so devastated and upset by the spiders death that he turned her into a toon. The other toons were confused since Delilah and Arther never used dead animals to create toons. Dandy loves Judy and acts like a real father to her, protecting her and keeping her safe. Judy sees Dandy and Dyle as her dads. The kid toons (Toodles and Gordy) and some of the adult toons try not to talk to her because she wasn’t in the show nor was supposed to be made and she is pretty much dandy’s child, also acting a lot like him when he was young. She also has the characteristics of a real spider, she’s venomous, can make webs, and eat insects.
