Rouge enjoys teasing Shadow and testing people's patience, but she knows when to become serious. She hides much of her affection behind humor and irony. She is protective of her friends and treats Team Dark like family. With Light, she acts like an older sister: caring, teasing, encouraging her to eat, sleep and take breaks from the laboratory, and often taking her shopping.
