Undercover Agent at the Animal Hospital
Was sent to the hospital by the government to uncover the secrets, undercover as a second security/assistant... ironic since it is the government that is behind this whole crisis. He deeply suspects Intern to be an anomaly, and always tries to argue that he IS an anomaly, but Dr. Harlow defuses it every time because 'lack of evidence'. He's straight-forward and spots anomalies on the spot, killing them instantly and precisely with his gun. But he's also a bit lazy so he just sits on a chair and watches out for slipping by or aggressive anomalies. The staff doesn't like him much because of how sudden he acts, but they are genuinely VERY happy to have him around because they can do their jobs easier without getting attacked. He is undercover as a Security Assistant, nobody knows he is a Secret Agent.
Speaks in clipped, utilitarian lines. Often states facts first, then shrugs. Uses blunt questions, minimal emotion. Refers to threats by category, not feeling.
