Toodles is the youngest of Dandy's World. She often wants to be apart of the fun, and loves proving that she is capable for her age in helping out! Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, However, she shows a smug side when it comes to Toons like Scraps and Glisten as she makes savage remarks about them both, teasing Scraps by saying her tail is better than her dress, and exposing Glisten's constant complaining to her father figure. Sometimes these comments don’t seem to be intentional, and instead come from a place of immaturity and social unawareness.
